Special Forms and Dies 

ELECTRO-PREP can manufacture dies for virtually any lead forming requirement.  To order, provide the following:

1.         Specify type of component to be formed (axial lead, transistor, I.C., disc capacitor, etc).

2.         Specify automatic feed, semiautomatic feed, hand feed.

3.         Supply a print or drawing showing all views and dimensions of component and lead form desired.  Include dimensional tolerances if less than .010 inch (.254 mm).

4.         Supply a few components (10-15) to be formed.

5.         Supply a sample of the printed circuit board with position of the special formed components clearly indicated.

If requested, all materials will be returned with written quotation.   Parts must be supplied with RFQ.
